700r4 with Corvette Servo from the Factory?
I've got a 1983 Recaro Trans Am that I recently upgraded to a 30 spline 700r4, but for the fun of it did a teardown of the old transmission.
Inside, I found this servo:

That's the Corvette servo, with a date code of 83, 82 and 81.
Did any version of the Trans Am come with this servo from the factory? Or is it more likely it was installed by the owner shortly after purchase?

AFAIK no non-Vette vehicles came that way.
