Tranny movement and rattling...Help!

I was driving to my dad's house yesterday and I went over a bump and heard a loud bang, like I grounded out, but I diden't. The shifter moved with the tranny. I pulled over and a quick look underneath showed no signs that anything was loose or hanging down. (I had expeted the x-member was loose but it fine.) Now whenever I hit a bump good or it shifts hard (which it still does w/o any problem) it makes a loud thump or bang that I can feel though the seat and shifter.

Anyone have any idea what this could be? I'm not very good with tranny's but I can work on them externally (installation, shifters, lines, ect.).

Any help is greatly appreciated!

As these cars always do, it neds a trans mount.

Get an Energy Suspension polyurethane one and never have to worry about it again.
