Hi guys, I have a 91 Camaro RS, completely stock305 and 700r4, 83k miles and I’ve been having this problem for years now. Once the car has been driven for a little while enough to get hot, it hesitates only shifting from 1st to 2nd. The rpms jump up high, the speedometer freaks out and then it jumps back to normal once it shifts to 2nd. The car itself kind of jerks back and forth when it happens. Like I said, it only happens from 1st to 2nd when the car is hot, the first 10-15 times it goes through the gears it’s perfectly normal. I can’t figure out the problem and my transmission shop is having trouble as well, anybody have any insight or experience with this issue? Thanks.
