Engine: 2.8L V6
Transmission: 700r4
Bellhousing
im putting a v8 in my car soonish and want to know what I need to do to my trannh to make the v8 take the puny v6s spot.

You need a V8 bell housing, fork and trans. Don't waste your time trying to fudge the v6 trans in there.

Bottom line = The bellhousing bolt pattern is different from the V6 to the V8 engines , so a V6 bellhousing is not gonna bolt onto a V8 engine (without some kind of adapter plate , and at that point , just get a "native" V8 setup and be done with it) ......
