Flywheel differences? LUK LFW129 vs LFW130
Hey guys, title says it all...
I'm looking for the correct flywheel for a 1 piece rear main t5 equipped car. Which is the correct flywheel? Someone on summit says the 130 is lighter, but both are listed as stock replacements.

Thoughts?
Background:
My car is actually a 350 powered t5 equipped 1970 nova using a muncie bellhousing and a 10.4 clutch. It currently all works, but i am looking to swap a 1 piece rear main roller motor. I just figure you guys are typically the authority on gm t5 topics.
Thanks guys.

1st one is the "30lb" version. Sometimes used with the LG4, the TBI 305, and engines tending to come with tall gears.
2nd one is the "16lb" version, which is what I always run. Used w/ the L69, some LB9, and engines tending to come with shorter gears.
1st is a wee bit easier to drive from a stoplight. If you have enough gear (3.73,) the 16lb is a fine choice.

Good to know.
My car has 3.08's. I currently am running a LFW131 which is also pretty light and it seems driveable... But that would explain why the car is pretty easy to stall at stoplights. My first gear with the T5 always feels like it can pull stumps though.
Thanks guys.
