Bad fluid?
I have never heard anyone talk about how to tell if the tranny fluid is bad?and what the side effects are?i am just curios i bought my car last summer and the fluid wasnt cahnged since the guy putthe shift kit in it.

Engine: LS1
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 342
If it's a real dark color, beyond the normal red color. And if there is metal shavings in it. Of course this means other things have gone bad too. Or if it smells burnt.
