Hi, can someone help. i have camaro 89, and i install a 1 pieace main seal engine (350).
what is the correcto flywheel, pressure plate and thow out bearing for a T5 transmission?

 

The ones for 89 Camaro V8. All the STOCK stuff for that application (operative word here is STOCK) will fit and work fine. As far as fitment, anyway.

If you're staring out with 6-cyl parts, NONE will work. Throw em in the trash and get V8 stuff. BH, FW, clutch, and transmission.

If you have a 6-cyl, the V8 clutch disc will not work. You'll have to do some adaptation. You will HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE the 6-cyl transmission behind a V8, even if you get it to "work". The gear ratios are all wrong; it will fell like you need AT LEAST 1 more gear in between every 2 that the 6-cyl transmission has. It will feel like driving a tractor with a race motor in it.

Various Hardware ( Flywheel Bolts for example )

Shop around for stock parts ( V8 Clutch Kit, 153 tooth flywheel, V8 T5 Starter, etc... ) at any parts store for any 84-92 T5 V8 and you'll be G-T-G. Good Luck with the engine swap !!
