In most T5 with high mileage which parts need replacing?
Which bearings/parts are most likely to be worn out in most T5 with high/moderate mileage?

All the bearings, blocker rings, C clips, and any worn gears or bad gears. The main shaft if it's warped. Take it apart and look inside it. Get a video at http://www.hanlonmotorsports.com it'll tell you how to rebuild it and show you what to look for. Killer video.
