kickdown / tv cable adjustment
Hello everybody and thank you in advance,
I recently replaced my carburetor, intake manifold, distributor and some other things. Now I have to adjust my kickdown or TV cable. Can anybody tell me when my car should shift? My tachometer does not work, something in the cluster I haven't gotten to yet. So I need to know about how fast I should be going when she shifts into first and then second. I think I've still got it too tight. And any tips would be appreciated too. Thanks again everybody.

I believe my transmission is a 700R4
