Canadian parts source for building up rearend?

Just wondering if theres any canadians here who have built up their 7.5/7.65 10 bolt Rearend?
https://www.thirdgen.org/beefinguprear/
Im only dealing with about 300 crank Hp in my 5.3 Ls swapped car mated to stock Thm250c but this car also has very slow gears and need something in the 3.08-3.43 range to wake up the performance.
Ive seen this build list but wondering what the bare minimum recomendation would be considered we in canada get raked over the coals importing parts, with Duty, currency echange, shipping etc.
I used autopartsway.ca for cheap parts source but it seems to have very basic stock options.

So as i see it i need a new carrier anyways cuz beefier gears sets wont fit on my thin carrier so looking for a basic posi and new gear set.
the only wrecker set of gears n carrier i can find locally are 3.73s with a carrier for 200 which is great price but that would almost double my rpm with 3 sp thm250c.[ i would take the 3.73s if i could find a th200R4 but there r none within a 1000km
the extra fuel turning that much rpm would sooner or later, pay for a new set of 3.23s gears and posi

RockAuto doesn’t charge duty - provincial tax only. With shipping, still a better price than I can get locally as a mechanic in a shop with accounts in place. Physical size of the package seems to play a roll as well as weight in shipping fees.

Their product selection has taken a bit of hit with COVID but everyone else has as well.

You might also try Transaxle (multiple locations), Drive line specialties (Mississauga On) or another driveline shop local to you.
