Parking brake cables for 91 RS to 98 Z28 rear swap?

Engine: Cammed 350
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.42 12 bolt
Parking brake cables for 91 RS to 98 Z28 rear swap?
I'm gonna be swapping the old rear end in my 91 RS with a rear out of a 98 Z28 (3.42 gears, limited slip). As far as I've read, everything bolts in the same but the stance will be wider and the parking brake cables aren't compatible. What's the best solution to get them to hook up?

You can grind on the loop of the 4th gen cables to open them up a bit, or buy the hawks kit. The kit is expensive. Spend some time on the search function. You'll find there are a few recipes out there. Or just keep a big brick in your car for a wheel chock.
