i have been installing a transgo shift kit and when i installed the pressure regulator valve i didn't notice that it fell out. so i put the spring and other parts into the car. now the bushing is above the snap ring but i cant get it back down. and starting the car wont blow it out cuz the valve is not in it. how can i get that bushing out which is probably holding everything up. i tryed double sided tape but not strong enough. i tried a vaccum but didn't work. if i glue something to it i think that would work. then id just clean the glue off and install the valve in this time. do u think that would work.

if glue doesn't work, im goin to try to drill it out. can i use my stock bushing or do i need to get the one thats in the kit. are they the same. also if i drill to far i might damage the other parts as well. can i buy just the peices for that valve assembly. drilling seems to be the only way to get it out if i dont want to take out the tranny.
I have a 700 on the bench in my garage. Can't think of a way to get it out. Trying to drill it might casue it to spin. Try the largest diameter magnet you can fit on it and work it in and out, it may feel like it's not moving at first but it might work.
