Cracks in T56 tail housing

Axle/Gears: 3:73
Cracks in T56 tail housing

Looking for advice about the severity of the cracks in my tail housing. Just noticed them and wondering if I should replace the housing or not. Cracks are only on the surface. Thanks for the help!

You could run a little sand paper across it to verify for sure. As mentioned, most of those do not look like cracks.

I agree that casting flash is what that is.

I agree on the flashing., Hit it with some 400 grit and see if they sand off
