700R4 Third Accumulater check valve

Hi, I hope all is well? I have a 1990 700r4 torn apart and beginning to rebuild for my jeep. And have many questions but was hoping to maybe start with these. I would appreacite any info I can get from you transmission gurus

Q1. I noticed the 3rd accumulator check valve hole has a plug in it. It doesn't appear to leak. But I dont see anyone really suggesting to put a plug there. Thoughts on that please? If I need to remove it, any ideas how?

Q2. Let's talk torque convertor stall for a moment. Currently this jeep has a stock convertor. If I lock the brakes and press gas I only get maybe 1100-1200RPM then the tires spin. The biggest issue is when im in 4lo it drives through the brakes at idle. Like hard to keep it stopped. I'm not a racing guy. But I hear a higher stall convertor might stop it from riding through the brakes? I found a semi stock convertor available at advance auto that has lockup and 1700 stall, what are your thoughts on that please?

Q3

The vehical had no TCC lock up components in it. So I purchased them to try and keep the temp down. I have a type 2 valve body I believe but only has 1 threaded hole for a pressure switch in 4th though. The ecm is 1227747 from a TBI and wiring diagram shows a high gear switch and a tcc signal going to ECM. I was going to put the tcc on a switch instead just for now since I no longer get a speed signal to ecm and not in 4th all that often its more recreationaluse vehical. Do you think that's OK? I'm going to get the speed signal buffer installed so I get the proper signal since the Dakota digital signal convertor I had installed has failed due to deep water/mud.

here is some info on the vehical if you need it. I would really appreaciate any info.

GM 5.7 TBI

700r4 4x4

4:10 axel ratio

I think the current stall is about 1200rpm?
