Help with a rear Spohn Sway Bar

Hi,

I am having troubles with the rear sway bar end link angles.

Rear End : Moser 9”. Welded in brackets by Moser.

Rear Sway Bar : Spohn.

Problem :

The rear sway bar end link holes appear too far forward. Relative to the end link chassis mounting holes. The angle of the end link is pretty bad.

Anyone seen this issue before?

What is the best correction path forward?

Thanks!

Bruce

Re: Help with a rear Spohn Sway Bar

Are you looking at this with the rear sagging or with the car sitting on all four?

Hi,
The suspension is sitting on all four tires.

Its hard to tell from that angle but from the picture it looks they are not far off. Have you tried installing it? It won't be perfectly straight.

Re: Help with a rear Spohn Sway Bar

My moser had the same issue. I used adjustable trailing arms and welded the brackets for the swaybar to alleviate the issue. I also have relocation brackets. I needed the longer trailing arms to minimize the torque arm mount bolts hitting the body. It's a big rear and need more fine tuning to fit well due to limited space.
