I am going to get some 4th gen wheels and tires, and want to also pick up 3.42 & posi at the same time so I am getting a 4th gen rear end, and will follow instructions in tech article...

With that aside, I want to go LS1 rear, but I need to know if my driveshaft is the proper length for it, as I know that the LS1 driveshaft is a different size. Is it because of the transmission?
