Amsoil Super Shift Tranny Fluid?

Hey, Has anyone out there ever tried Amsoil Super Shift Tranny Fluid? On my 85 700R-4, 47,000 actual, I'm going to change filter again soon (AC-Delco). I'm thinking of topping level off afterwards (4-5 quarts) with this stuff. It's synthetic, and supposed to be fully compatable with Mercon. I'm thinking this might SLIGHTLY firm up the 2-3 shift in one of these, and clean up all shifts in general. Amsoil is a reputable company for lubricants, being synthetic, it should cause no varnishing, glazing, etc. To use it 100% could be too firm of shifts for the street, from what i've read. Comments good / bad /yes /no?

Amsoil good?

I know a few dozen customers who claim it's great. No complaints yet. NOTE: We do not sell the product. Some of my IROC buddies love it. Worth a try...
