Car: 87 Formula T-Top, 87 Formula HT
Engine: 5.1L TPI, 5.0L TPI
Transmission: 700R4, M5
Axle/Gears: Sag 3.73, B&W 3.45
Computer controlled Trans
I am wondering if it is possible to retrofit the newer Transmissions that replaced the 700R4. I understand they are controlled by a computer, to tell them when to shift. Would it be possible to get a transmission computer to plug in to them so they would work on my 87 Formula.

I just want to play with the shift points.
