2.73 to 3.08, 3.23, or 3.42?

Ok, I want 150+ mph potential (around 4200 in OD) and I want some more **** through the gears. I drive almost soley on the freeway at rather high speeds (90-100mph) and my engine's torque peak is around 3500 rpms. Which gears are for me? Will 3.08's make that much of a difference? I hear 3.42 is pretty standard though, anyone have any experience with these other ratios?

if you constantly drive at 90-100, id stay with the 2.73, 3.08 at the most man.
