Car: 1991 Corvette Coupe
Engine: L98
Transmission: 700R4/4L60 same trans different name
well, if you want to know if its a 1LE just look on your RPO sheet...........................if you have a 350 i'd put my money that you have posi

posi is also known as limited slip

it does exactly what it says

it doesnt let your rear wheels slip

when one wheel starts to slip (an imbalance of traction)
the other wheel will kick in through a series of clutches in the differential

an open rear has no clutches in it just spider gears

so when one wheel slips, theres nothing you can do about it..............hence the term one wheel peal
