Clutch slips

I have a 89 TA borg warner t5 Trans, last year when I was driving the car everything worked but the slave cylinder leaked a little bit. This year when I went to take out my car The car has no power because the clutch just slips and the tach jumps. It feels as if the clutch is gone. Have any good ideas? I am wondering if I need a new clutch.
