I'm putting a V-8 into my 87 V-6. I will be putting in a th350 transmission I was just wondering if I need a new driveshaft and different kind of mount and if there is anything else I will need. Thanks in advance.

 

To install the TH350 you need the change over kit from B@M or Hurst sold from either Jegs or Summit.This includes the hardware and instructions to make the change.Depending on your TH350 tailshaft length you may need a longer driveshaft.If a six inch tailshaft you will need a driveshaft from a 1982 Camaro/firebird that has the TH200 transmission or have a shaft custom made.If you have a 9 inch tailshaft your present driveshaft will work.
