Transmission: 5 Speed Auto w/ OD

Strong Rearend?

What's a good strong rearend for my 88 camaro. I'm putting a Buick 455 in it - lot's of torque and HP! Any suggestions? I'm wanting a good strong used one. How do I inspect them?

9" ford or 12 bolt chevy, i'd go with the 9" because of all the parts you can find for them
