ok, i have been doing 1/8 mile since september. when i did 1/4, i was bone stock so i didn't push my tranny as hard as i do now. being that i haven't ran a full quarter (except last night) since august, i didn't realize how sloppy my 2-3 shift was. my 1-2 shift is perfect, comes right on cue. my 2-3, however, hesitates for about .5 seconds after i physically shift. because of this (and the fact that i got no traction), a 89 turbo probe beat me last night. before the flaming, i g-teched the run and it was a 15.59@91.1, so its not like i was running completley bad. i feel if i had a better 2-3 shift, i could have easily taken him, since at the end his quarter panel was at my front bumper. would the trans-go kit take care of this sloppiness in shifts, and would that dorp me the .3 or so i need to get him?
