9 bolt question about swapping gears

9 bolt question about swapping gears
I've got a car w/ the BW 9bolt and the poopy 2.77 gears. I've found a used set of 3.27 gears for cheap, but will it work? I mean for example, you can not swap 3.23 gears into a 2.73 rear in a 10 bolt because of the different carriers. Is this an issue with the 9 bolt also? Or will these gears work fine?

Yup, it is an issue. Like a 445 dollar issue if I recall correctly unless you can find a used carrier. Go to www.9bolt.com

I have a used set of 3:27's and a matching carrier. $60 for both.
