what do you guys think of this shifter???
the handle comes from a Bell-212 helicopter, to me it looks awesome but for others i'm coconuts.
what do you fellow third geners think about? see the pic.
and we're talking a T5 tranny, now short throw.
i also have the captain's control wheel from a scrapped L-1011, but i don't think the cops will allow me to use it, (sad)
Fernando. :lala:

Well it's certainly different. I would hook up those buttons so they actually do something. A little 150 shot of nitrous with some flames comming out of the tail pipes.
Another that pours a can of oit onto the road behind you and another that fires the minigun fitted between your fog lights.
It looks good though. Is it difficult to shift with it?

thanks guys.
yes it feels good, easy drive, the old thing was so long throw, it felt like driving an 18 wheeler, after cutting 'bout 3" of shaft it ended as a killer look short throw.
about the switches, yes i'm thinking in what to use?, they are good and the wires are still there (hiden), it has 2 red switch's on the left, a trigger and another one for trimming your flying.
i'm thinking about claxon, lights, radio volume...well in time.
here goes another.
Fernando.
