T-5 second and third gear grind, in morning..

When i first drive the car in the morning, pushing the clutch in, i still have a grinding into second and third gear. I am shiftting regularly, not ramming or power shifting. Do you think this is a "cold"" clutch? I also have had a recurring valve cover/intake leak allowing oil to get down on the back of the motor. It does clear up after 5-10 miles "warm up". thanks a bunch , shaggy

Also it is a low milage centerforce clutch, and the t-56 slave cylinder assy.

it could be synchros or a worn clutch disc.
