POsi

WIll A 10 BOLT 7.5 POSI ls1 lT1 EATON WORK IN MY CAR? i HAVE A v6 NOW AND I KNOW THAT IT MOST LIKELY WONT, BUT I AM putting in an LS1 in about 1 year and i need to know if it will work in my car? thanks

Why not just get one from slp. You have 28 spline axles so yes it will fit.

YES the eaton will fit. I just installed one today in my GTA rearend. They look like a real good unit, are rebuildable too. Before you buy check gearsareus.com and ebay. He has those on ebay now and then.

Thats where i was going to get them from, gearsrus on ebay. THanks for your help, will i feel any difference in driving for now with the 6 in? i am not putting the Ls1 in for like 5 months

Eaton is the best posi...it is the most money though. I would suggest it if you want a bullet proof one. You won't have to worry about it.

Depends on what gears you have now and what you're changing to. Anytime you change to a lower ratio you will feel a differance.
