got a few questions......

how'd you hook up the reverse lockout




if you used the spohn x member...did it rub on the bolt for the torque arm?

Engine: 355 TPI
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 3.70 9 bolt.
Reverse lockout is wired to the Hurst t-handle with the button I used... it also runs the line lock.

Spohn x member. Yeah, it will be close or rub the thru bolt for the exhaust/cat mount. Take that through bolt out and grind it just a bit to improve clearance. I found it best to use the ES tranny mount and USE the spacer plate that comes with it.

sorry...probably a dumb question but why would you want a reverse lock out?

Keeps you from sliding into reverse instead of 5th when you're going, say, 60 mph...

i still havent hooked up the reverse lockout, its pretty hard to get past the solenoid when its not hooked up so i think i will leave it that way. whatever floats your boat. ive also read people wiring it so it engages only when the brake pedal is pressed.

yea...i just did a few runs on it and it must be that exhaust bracket that is making the noise...tad annoying


i love it so far!!!...its a nice smooth tranny
