NEw Rear gears for a 92 Z28 305 POSI stock 2:73's

i want a gear around the low to mid 3's somewhere, probably a 3.23 who amkes them and how hard are they to install?

3:42 will benefit you more, I'm not sure what size rear you have, whether they make 3:42s will depend on the type of rear for you.

Many 2.8 mfi firebirds had 342s. Check your local bone yards, look for a 2.8 or a 4 banger. Might pick one up for 50.00 or so. Pull the cover off and look at the pinion. a 342 will be 12/41.
