If were going to group purchase why not do something suspension wise. Polyurethane bushings and sub frame connectors...

Poly bushings are something I might actually go for... I have too many things to do this summer, and nitrous isn't one of them!
I want to do the following (myself, not have a shop do it):
1. Rebuild a junkyard 2.8 and swap it in
2. Rebuild a junkyard 700r4 and swap it in
3. Replace the blown posi and put my '84/posi/disc axle back on
4. Weld in a new rear passenger quarter panel
5. Paint my car
6. Rebuild the front suspension with polygraphite bushings, and new "hard parts" (idler arm, center link)
7. Put in that quick ratio steering box from my basement
8. Box the rear control arms and panhard bar
9. Try to have a life while getting all this done
Last time I did all the bodywork and paint-prep work on my car, I disappeared from civilization for a month. It was "go to work, come home, work on car until exhausted, go to bed, repeat". It wasn't fun; I don't want to do that again. It was worth it, though!

I'll be breaking in the 1970 LT-1 under the hood of my 1974 Corvette.
Need to swap that old mill out & in with the "new".
How about rebuilding my 85 Blazer 700R4?
And I do need body work, painting
Carpentry, too. I'm getting another house shortly.
It's warm and breeze in So Cal!

Oh, then the relatives come-a-calling....timing belt this, tune that.....the things we do for cars. *sigh* OK, enough of my bickering.
not a bad idea, but correct me if i am wrong.....they don't make them. if i remember right you need to buy a V8 set and cut the springs shorter in the front since the 6 is lighter than the 8.

I've heard that Intrax does offer V6 springs for our cars but don't list them on any parts catalog. You can either call Intrax or Summit Racing to see if infact they do offer V6 springs.

I imagine they'd be really loose on the street when taking corners... plus, I don't think we really need that with our V6's! (Not enough power) We'd probably be fine with just an airbag in the right rear spring (to prevent body twist).
