AC or not to AC, this is the question
AC or not to AC, this is the question
When I got my car i was told it just had a slow leak and they just put in a new can every year. junk yard sucked it dry for free. did the gas change over and it was like frozen. The AC compressor would barley turn and the belt just smoked. Tried it a few month later and it stil l was like that.
I did notice when doing my fuel pump sensor the AC one is near there was crispy critters, all melted up like it got really hot.
Do I suffer through another summer or dose it sound fixable.
having a black car, with no headliner is like sitting under a hot skilit.

If you change out the compressor and the electrical connection and charge it up, you may be good to go

did they they also swap in the PAG oil? remaned compressors from parts stores come w/out any oil, so a swap to the R134 will be too damn easy. make sure all the other components are up to snuff also.
