Do you mostly hear it at idle and warm? Sounds like a noisy lifter or too much valvetrain clearance. Mine makes the same noise once it warms up. Not much you can do with out ripping the intake off. I've been driving mine with the noise for a while, but i've got my 3.4 so I won't be pulling my intake off.

does it get louder w/ higher rpms? its most likely a knock somewhere in ur valvetrain.. lifter or rocker.. take off ur valve covers and see if ur rocker arms are hitting the top of the valve covers.. ive heard of many ppl w/ that happenning w/ nothing major happening to their motor..
if not, it most likely a lifter knock then.. FIX IT NOW if u want to keep that motor alive.. once it progreeses into someting louder, then ur engine is not worth fixing (thats my opponion anyways)..

Check also for an exhaust leak at the manifold, a loose manifold-to-y-pipe connection, and loose spark plugs.
