I have a 1990 and it's located in the drivers side fender. From inside the engine compartment behind the battery I can see the horns. Just make sure all your connections are on a your horn fuse is not blown.

No biggie.
It's in there the driver side inner fender area, front.
Just bend your neck more and use a flash light to "see" them.
IF your "horn works" you'll hear a "click" sound upon button applying action.
IF no clicking sound (like a relay open & close), blown fuse.
BUT why blown fuse is the question?
Playing with wires up front lately?

Nope, I bought the car 6-months ago and this is how it was.
Actually, the Courtesy fuse keeps blowing as well (cigar lighter, dome/map light, and horn doesn't work).

Make sure there's no change in the cigarette lighter hole...

On my car, the green horn wire (by the front of the inside front fender, driver's side) was bare, by the framerail. I wrapped it with electrical tape to prevent a short. Maybe the short is happening in the same spot on your car.

Try loose nuts or paperclips, too!
FOR REAL!
You found the problem.

What about the horn contacts? Take your horn button off to see if they are there. I still have to make me some new ones so i can have a completly functiional horn.
