Electrical system spawned by satan
On my brother's new camaro (89 RS), when you turn on the lights, the turn signals and high beam indicator lights come on and stay on. As you adjust the dimmer **** it changes the brightness of the turn lamps and high beam light, and also makes the buzzer cut in and out. When I pulled the fuse for the instrument lamps (that's what I'm guessing it was; 5 amp fuse labeled inst lps) then it didn't do that. Somebody'd done something w/ the electrical system (a few extra wires and such. See the title of my post as to my guess as to who's responsible
) All the wires seem to be intact, no frays or splits, etc. Any ideas? Thanks, Joe

There is a ground problem within the system. My '83 Cutlass did that same thing when the ground for the rear harness rusted off. Check all ground points for loose or broken connections.
