TB bore

TB bore

can I bore out my TB with a dremel? would I have
to get a bigger trottle plate?

I would not advise it. The TB's are percisely machined and if you try to hand port it with a dremmel, you'll most likely disrupt the proper idle flow and will have an impossible time trying to adjust it.

A company named FDP performance makes one but has stopped selling them and is looking for vendors to handle them for now on. I am currently monitoring their statis an am awaiting new word on them. They were a 62mm Bore and were selling for $225

It could be done, but you should have a plate machined for a perfect fit. You wouldn't want to try making your own, and having it stick at wide open throttle when the engine is hot and the metal expanded! If you can find a Fiero with an injected V6, they had larger throttle bodies, made by Holley, that I believe are a direct bolt-in. (Ask 82-T/A about it...)
