about cooling and emissions..

I live in California. My car is stock except for 2-chamber flowmaster. If I were to put a 180 deg. thermostat and a lower fan switch, would my car still pass emissions?

The 180 stat wont change emisions but from what i under stand our cars run more efficent at 220 degrees and up. if im wrong let me know. Just take the fan switch off before smog and you wont run into any problems.
