TKO behind a V6?
ok, stop laughing... lol. Can I bolt up a TKO to my V6 T5 bellhousing, or what? I want to switch out my T5 to something else.... and a TKO is real inviting...

You might have to redrill the V6's T5 bellhousing... maybe you could do a search on the trans board to see who put a TKO behind their V8, and if they had to do anything special...

so far as I know, there are Tremec 3550 and TKO's with a gm bolt pattern. I suppose I could just get ahold of one of the guys selling them, and see if the tranny itself would bolt up to my 60º bellhousing...

Check with Forte's...they do the conversion Tremecs for GM cars. If the bolt pattern between V8 and V6 T5s is the same, and the input shaft length I don't see why it wouldn't work. What are you building that you would need the extra capacity?
