Yup folks you can give IROC57TPI the congratulations for it. He is tring to get some "manufacturer" to make them, and claims that they are so **** it. I am not going to deal with it anymore. he has just proved why I did not want to do this in the first place.

You all better hope HIS source comes through, cause this one has pulled any and all ties to this project. I went out on a limb and tried to support the board and its members and you all let me fall flat on my face. To those that DID SUPPORT me, thanks.

NO, this is not a marketing scheme, NO this is not a try to get people buying sets, and NO, NO MORE WILL BE MADE SAVE 2-4 SETS FOR MY CAR. I will pick one or two sets to install, the others I will put on Ebay. If they sell, great, if they don't, they get thrown out.

No amount or matter of pleading will change this. I am ****ing fed up with this crap. You wonder why no one makes any real parts for this engine/car combo THIS IS WHY. Everyone pleads for the parts, but when they come on to the market, they sit there never to be sold. Companies are not going to throw money away in R&D, just to see the product never move.

The matter of me making chips, is also gone. I will test and tune chips for my car to my hearts content and will perfect a chip for each additional mod I do. If, and only IF, YOU LIVE LOCALLY, I will test and tune a chip for your car as well. But do not expect it to be cheap. There are other chips on the market, I am perfectly willing and able to allow any and every one on this board to buy a generic chip for over $100-150 and deal with it.

Ouch... that's harsh man. But hey, I'm sure a lot of guys appreciate what you've done for the 60º V6's. But sometimes, a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do. Peace.

Harsh? I do not think so, but I did realize I have to change my mod list to say, I make headers for MY car.

Better now. It reflects the truth of the matter. I tend to call it like it is.

Sorry to hear that CHC. I think you were doing a great thing. Like other guy said. A man has to do what a man has to do.

Well I hope for your guys sake that this "custom header shop" (according to Pm from 57) is actually going to make these. And maybe even come close to my price, but from the sounds of the guys PM, there going to be more.... lots more. Thats even if they are done at all.

And after all this was a side project, and by no means a "primary" income. I think I only lost a few hundered in it, If that so, oh well. I either broke even, or came damn close to it. No sweat off my back, just 1 less thing I have to deal with.

So again to those that DID Support, and buy headers, Thanks. To those that waited... well... (at the risk of sounding like an *******) tough, should not have waited.

Yeah, that'll change his mind.

A whinny bitch? Sure, just what I'd call any man that sinks almost 2 large into a completely custom header for an engine that NOBODY gives a rat's *** about. Give the man props - he's running a full life (family + school + work + car) and trying to help out some of us. Lots of people spouted lots of **** of 'oh, I want headers' but how many chalked up the $150 for a set, eh?

'poor whinny bitch'? hey, that's your opinion.

After your stupid post of spending $70+ on a $3 aldl cable, I'd say you're a damn pompous skinny dick with more money than brains.

But hey, that's just my opinion.

/rant

Don't flame a man for building something. What the hell have YOU contributed as far as V6 performance? 'oh, I do lots on suspension!!' So, where's that custom 1 7/8" sway bar? Oh wait, you haven't built DICK.

*ps* Sorry guys, things like that aggrevate me.
