Taking header orders....
We have had a lot of interest in the V6 headers and are getting ready for production. Since I have just re-formatted my hard drive I have lost some emails from a handful of you wanting headers.
Please email me at IROC5.7TPI@att.net if you are interested in the headers and want a set or more information.

They are $315 headers only mild steel and $450 stainless headers only. The y-pipe is to be determined and will be posted at a later date...
Headers include EGR, AIR (optional at no additional cost), and O2 bung.

2) No name brand header company has ever offered a y-pipe to go with them. You have to try and customize one that will fit under the torque convertor - Ground clearance is a major issue even on a stock height 3rd gen.
3) They have never offered the EGR hookup.
4)CHC's flanges are crap, sorry but its the truth - you guys that bought them will find this out real soon when you have leak problems.
5) These units are TIG welded. Do you guys understand the difference in quality of the weld between these and CHC's welds? We have already heard complaints about airholes in his welds. If there is question on this I'll gladly track down the post.
$315 for steel headers is a very fair price for the maker and buyer when it comes to headers of this great quality. No brand name company, well h e l l, no one period mass produces headers for our cars. It takes alittle more time to individually custom make each set. CHC himself complained that he made no money building his POS headers. If you want them thats a fair price, DON'T GIVE THE GUY A HARD TIME AND RUN HIM OFF BECAUSE YOU WANT THINGS FOR FREE. This is the first guy ever to offer a complete bolton set-up from header to y-pipe.
And as a final note - welds are stronger than the actual metal. You guys are crazy to think his TIG welds and pipes sectioned together will be weak.
Thank you - Food for thought- these are as good as any brand name V8 headers! The stainless steel ones are better, especially for you guys that live in bad climates.

Attn Overclock. For the sake of V6 performance, My thought is am am wondering if you could make this guy a sticky post with just contact info and then close it so no one can insult him. It will just always be there for future people wanting headers. If they don't like the price they don't have to pay it. But at least its there for those who do.
THIS GUY IS THE REAL DEAL MAKING THESE HEADERS. They are a reputable source, I've been in contact with their shop fabricator on the phone already.

I have stated many a time that I tried the best I could , witht he eqipment that I had. If thats noty "up to your stardards", well then why were you so eager to get a set sent to carb for you?
If I had over 4K in equipment like these people do, do you really think we would be having this discussion?
And yes I have seen many a "name brand header" of the same/or better quality then these for far less. Key, not for our car.
Now if you want to continue this arguement then go right ahead, I refuse to debate it.
Were min the best in the world? I will be the first to say no they were'nt.
However, were they reasonably priced for the target audience? YES.
So when this summer rolls around and I have better equipment, like a MIG gun, Hydraulic powered mandrel bender and I post new pics of the ones I will be making for MY CAR, yes even with stainless tubes and collector, flanges ect... and then post the price it cost. You will **** your pants, cause they will cost less then 60 bucks. While, you on the other hand are free to spend 5 times that for yours!
Oh and did I forget to mention that my tubes will be 1 piece? Not cut and hacked togeeather.
