Though I would post this for all those 4.3 seekers out there.
It appears this guy has done the swap, maybe we could interest him in joining to board to answer all the 4.3 questions some members have.

without any pics of the engine bay, I'm gonna remain skeptical. I know a guy who bought a lowered S-10 and said it had a 4.3. Popped the hood and under it was a 2.8.

I'm not saying it can't and wasn't done. I'm just skeptical. To many people if its a chevy V-8, it's automatically a 350. If it's a V6, its a 4.3. Same goes for trans -- If its a 3 speed, it's a TH350. If its a 4 speed its a 700R4.

Could be an early model V6 with the 200C for all we know from the photo

 

Actually I was a bit skeptical too. I think I am going to email him and then post pics of what he sends me.

Yeah I did notice that. But he might be just listing that because he doesn't know about the 700R4. Still no word back from him with pics.

 

He said he'll see what he can do for pictures for me. So I doubt I will ever see any.

 

Then i highly doubt it has the 4.3, just another looser trying to sell a bogus car.

 

I do not know if anyone hear has emailed the buyer about this discrepincy yet, but I just did. I will be sure to know that little falisy of the seller.
