wieght difference of engine

i need to know whats the weight difference between a 2.8L V6 engine and a 5.7L V8 off an IROC.

More than 50 lbs, I'll bet.
I know I can/could lift a 60* V-6 short block, bare.
I've done that to a V-8 & it's heavier by about really 50 lbs or so.

Engine: 355 with stuffs.

Transmission: 700R4

Axle/Gears: 4.10 Posi

a fully dressed stock 5.7L TPI engine off of a camaro, with a 700 R4 transmission attached will weigh about 800lbs.
