My magic 92 RS

Oooook, maybe somebody here can explain this one. Apparently my 92 3.1 RS has some special feature that allows it to "fix-itself", as it has done multiple times in the past. Here goes, my wipers died on me, then magically resurrected back to life. (Although the wiper motor later died). That rattle from my exhaust has mysteriously disappeared (or so I thought!) for about a month, although it recently started knocking again (very annoying), and last but not least, that insane stalling problem I had with the car, the one where I if I came to a stop from a 30-40 mph roll, the car would stall....well yea, it's now mysteriously fixed! No problem whatsoever. I guess it's not a vacuum leak!

On to my question, could this just be the process of the computer "re-learning" it's idle or whatever? Nixon1 I think commented that this might be the problem, because I recently had a new starter(among other things) put in. Just wondering, because if it was the computer re-learning, why did it take 3 long weeks?
