engine replacement

engine replacement

well well ive recently aquired a v-6 camaro nothing to rant and rave about but its mine and its an f-body so there well anyway ive bgot a bit of a problem it needs an engine and i was considering just replacing it with the stock 2.8 v-6 and i was wondering if ne1 here has had to do that b4 and if so could u tell me anything about ur replacement that might be helpfull..... thank

1985 chevy camaro 2.8 v-6 5 speed
New GM crate motor- HT3.4. Bolts right in- Just use your stock intake and water pump/timing chain cover. Aprox $1800 new. 160 HP- compared to the 2.8 @ 135HP

3.4l block swap :hail: , then will need 17lb injectors to go with it, much better.
