Runs fine when it's cold!

In the morning, I start my car up and the thing runs great. I get out of school and once the thing gets warmed up for more then 20 minutes, it starts to go nuts! My speedometer starts to wobble from 0 to anywhere it wants!! Once I hit about 60 (i say about cause I'm not really sure cause of the wobble) the car starts to make this sort of vibration noise like it's starving for air or gas or something.... anyone ever heard of this before???

Well, since not sure where you live. But if the car takes that long to warm up, then the computer goes into closed loop (?, non-default) then it would start reading from its sensors. Thus meaning a bad sensor somewhere.

However, gasping for air makes me wonder if clogged cat, or vacume leak

I know for a fact that the cat is not clogged, because I don't have one On the other hand it came out for the reason that it burned to a crisp and was in a million pieces when my mechanic removed it. Any chance there could be a chunk still in there? This was about 2 months ago. BTW: I live in the north jersey area.
