map or maf?

map or maf?

89 firebird with 2.8 where the are they i get a 34 code but when i bought the map sensor couldnt find it anywhere do i have one or is it something else?

Axle/Gears: 3.08, 3.42
85-89 cars had a MAF.

It is located on the front of the motor between the air filter and the throttle body.

And it's a lot more expensive than a MAP sensor.
