Should be straight forward. Drain coolant, unbolt and remove upper bracket, unbolt and move fan, unbolt radiator, remove hoses, remove radiator. Installation is reverse of removal.
Just make note of where the bolts go. Some may be a slightly different length. I had a 89 Beretta GT, and someone switched radiators, but put the wrong bolt in to mount the fan. Put a nice little hole in the radiator tank.

I agree. One more thing, and it's only because I -hate- coolant. Since you have to drain all the coolant anyway, now might be a great time to replace those upper and lower radiator hoses. They're about $15 each.
If you have an automatic trans, use a metric flare-nut wrench on the trans cooler fittings (side tank on passenger side) so as not to ruin them. You'll lose some trans fluid, don't forget to replace it with an approximate amount of NEW trans fluid. As soon as you disconnect the lower line to the trans cooler, you're going to get a gush of trans fluid from the radiator, so be ready with a rag or three.

Don't lose the spring in the lower radiator hose.
While you're down there, grease your steering linkage.
And didn't someone suggest the Havoline/Texaco coolant? I think because it's orange and you can see where your radiator was rusting?

i do not recomend Dex-Cool to be retro-fitted into older cars
i have seen too many cars come into the shop that were converted to DexCool
it did a number on their seals and clogged some passages
use what was designed for you car, good ole ethelyne glycol..............
