Knock and WinALDL?

Forgive me I know NOTHING about knock and knock sensors. This is for a 1984 Pontic Firebird V6 2.8L base car with approx 200,000 miles on it. Engine hasn't been rebuilt that I know of,

But now that WinALDL is working <Thank you Toby!> it is showing alot of knock data, I mean alot.

An Example reading is 6444 at 75 Map and 800 RPM. If I understand WinALDL that would mean 6444 knocks since I started the car? That really makes me scratch my head as that can't be right, correct?
