well guys, just ordered myself a Big Block hood (ASD) from www.ftforce.com. found it damn cheap too....only $392.77 plus $49.99 shipping ($442.76 total). plus it ships out in 10 days at the latest. at www.thunderraciing.com, their big block hood was [$410] plus shipping, PLUS a $15 crate fee, so i think i came off pretty well. i'll be sure to post some pics once i get the hood on the car...i cant wait!

anybody have any pics of a car with this hood? the only pic i've EVER seen of this hood is on the car in the pic below, which is the generic big block pic for every site selling the hood. i know i won't regret buying it, but i just wanna get a better idea of how it'll look. thanks.

yeah yeah laugh it up....i'm not buying the hood out of necessity (for clearance), just looks....and i forget if i mentioned it in this post, but i'm rebuilding a 5.7 so i'll at least have some decent power to back up the look soon

I am looking at possibly making a custom cowl hood later this summer. If I make enough, maybe I can get that LS1 I've been eye'n...

This V6, is giving lots of small probs lately... Nothing major, but it's getting to be a pain.

yep it's gonna be sold. where do you live? i might end up selling it locally just so i dont have to go through the pain of packaging and shipping it, but who knows. we'll talk more after i get my new comes and i put it on

here's some pics of it....the paint's not perfect, it has a decent amount of light white spots, not exactly sure what from, just know that i cant get 'em off. it's completely straight, no dents or anything, just needs some paint to look perfect
