AC problems

I am having some strange air conditioning problems lately.

First off, the system has a full charge, never had a leak(since i have had it)

It blows cool one day, and ice cold the next. Yesterday i froze my *** off with it on, this morning it did nothing for me.

The compressor is making some noise, so i will be replacing that soon. After i do that, i will vacuum the system down to remove any moisture that may be there, then re-charge it.

Are there any other parts that could be change to make it blow cold all the time. What else could be bad?

I guess my question it, what actually makes the ac cold?

circulation makes the freon get cold. just moving it around. Sounds like you may have A bad A/c Pressure switch or a bad clutch on your compressor. Least likely scenario is a clog or that maybe it is getting so cold it turns to ice. can't tell though i need a little more info. does it get hot after you run it awhile or does it stay hot from the start?

It comes on cold, goes warm when i slow down(not all the time) then sometimes wont even cool the car off.

But other days it will freeze your goodies off.

hey man thanks for the help, but quit spamming the boards.
